Donny Xu serves as a Policy Analyst at RTW Institute, where he researches health policy issues relating to patient access barriers, the global drug innovation landscape, and rare diseases.
Prior to joining RTW Institute, Donny supported Verité’s CUMULUS project, conducting due diligence on global labor migration and ethical recruitment systems across Asia. He earned his Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy and holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
