Da (Donny) Xu serves as a Policy Analyst at RTW Institute, where he researches health policy issues relating to health care innovation, reform, equity, and rare diseases.
Prior to joining RTW Institute, Donny supported Verité’s CUMULUS project, conducting due diligence on global labor migration and ethical recruitment systems across Asia. He also collaborated with various nonprofit partners at Georgetown, including the Dell Foundation on labor policy research and Live It Learn It (LILI) on experiential learning initiatives. He earned his Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University’s McCourt School and holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
